Personalized Rehabilitation & Performance Training Session (60 minutes)
Individualized session including movement assessment, corrective exercise, strength training, and mobility work, with program design and progression tailored to the patient’s needs and goals. All clients first session begins with a rehab and movement assessment to identify key limitations and opportunities. From there, each 1-hour session is fully customized and coached by me the entire time to improve strength, movement quality, and performance, while minimizing injury risk and supporting long-term results. Clients have the option to do a hybrid style option in which they will work with me in person and on their own through an app to complete their weekly workouts. **Minimum of 8 weeks to start**
